Starting at CrossFit Loaded is easy, no matter what your fitness level, skill or experience.
Your options –
Come on down to the ‘box’ and check out one of our group sessions, you will see what it's all about and get a feel for the ‘no fluff’ garage gym atmosphere. You can talk to the coach and ask any questions and clear any queries you may have. If you would like to give CrossFit a go, you can organise a time to do the Fundamentals class face to face.
Or you can call Sam directly on 0404081921 and organize a time to come in and complete your Fundamentals Class.
A Fundamentals class will familiarize you with the foundation movements of CrossFit. You will learn the correct technique in executing the movements and become familiar with the corrective cues and lingo we use. We understand that you will not walk away from these sessions an expert, so we urge you to come in relaxed and ready to learn what you can. The best way to learn is to practice, practice and more practice and this will happen once you are training in the group sessions.
If you have a friend or friends who would like to join too, you can book a time for all of you to come in and take the class. The class usually takes an hour.
All those new to CrossFit, must do the Fundamentals class, before joining the training group.
